SPRINGFIELDS THERAPEUTIC
CHILDREN’S HOME
Springfields
was opened in October
1998, is opposite a park, close to the City Centre
and the sea front (10 minutes walk). It is also
within the catchments of a range of achieving
primary and secondary main-stream schools.
The house presents as a spacious and welcoming building on the corner of
the street, with a walled front garden and large
walled garden to the rear with fruit trees, lawn
and patio.
Like Seafields, the house has seven single bedrooms of varying sizes to
suit the individual needs of the seven young
people living at Springfields. There is also a
play room, laundry room, conservatory,
sleeping-in room and office area for the adults,
2 lounges, a dinning room, kitchen, modern
bathroom, storage areas, dedicated study for the
young people and again, numerous communal
toilets!
