night & 1 sleeping-in adult. Also,
management presence during waking hours, senior
on-call system, house-keeper, maintenance

Professional Guidance |
Independent
professional consultants trained and experienced
in the fields of psychotherapeutic child care,
education and social work offer direction and
support through regular meetings with the team
of adults, supervision of managers and visits to
the home. Involvement of specialist services is
sought as and when required for individual
cases. |

External Individual Therapeutic
Provision |
In addition to
the 24 hour therapeutic provision offered in the
home, each child or young person receives weekly
individual therapy sessions with independent and
external professional therapists.
Preferred therapeutic techniques offered include
play, art, drama & expression, but can
include risk
analysis and control, bereavement, anger
management, or conflict resolution.

Education Provision |
Full-time
placements at The Lioncare School or in local
main-stream junior and senior schools.
Consistent liaison and support is maintained
between all education settings and the home. |
