We strive to provide the highest possible standards of therapeutic care and education and nurture to our children, continual support and development of our colleagues and workforce, investment into and improvement of the facilitating environments, and increased understanding of the Leadership & Management Task.

The Lioncare Group is committed to offering a therapeutic living-learning environment that works for the children and adults, around whom it has evolved.

We continue to work hard at meeting and exceeding the raised standards expected and demanded by our Regulators and through the SCCIF Inspection Framework; we are very pleased that our efforts have been publically acknowledged through our ‘Good’ Ofsted gradings across all our Homes and our School and in all areas of practice undertaken by The Lioncare Group.

We are very appreciative of the dedication, commitment, and personal investment given by all the adults working in our school and homes, and we thank you all.

We welcome and encourage visits by anyone seeking to place a child or young person in our school or our homes, so you can form your own opinion as to how well we are doing.

"Business As Usualish":
The Lioncare Group provides an Essential Service to the Children in our care; this is their Home their School. Because of this fundamental truth, we have been, and we will continue to remain, open and operating throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic situation.
We have of course needed to make changes to the way we do things in response to the official guidance and advice we are receiving from Government, our Regulators, the DfE, Placing Authorities and other professionals.
We have implemented our Business Continuity Plan and we are regulary reviewing our Specific Covid-19 Contingency plan to maintain "Business as Usualish" whilst ensuring we safeguard and protect the health, welfare, and wellbeing of the children in our care and of our employees.
As the Chief Executive Officer of The Lioncare Group, Responsible Individual for our three Children's Homes, and Chair of our Independent SEMH School, I wish to publicly acknowledge and thank all my colleagues across The Lioncare Group for the amazing effort and loyalty and commitment they continue making in these difficult times, as individuals and as a community, to ensure our children receive the highest possible standards of care and support, and reassurance, at home and at school. I feel immensely proud and humbled by what I am seeing and hearing taking place, and I know that our children are in safe hands.
